I’ve been back home for a month, but as I write…it's time to go yet again! It’s been a glorious month of refreshing between the Kindle the Flame Women’s conference in Oklahoma, time with family in North Carolina, enjoying the amazing colors of fall in the Smoky Mountains, special outdoor encounters like the one pictured here, and soaking in God’s Word and His precious presence during over a week of special services with Rev. Joel Siegel in both NC and GA . I've gotten filled up, and now it’s time to go pour out again! The best way to keep what you've received is to give it away!
I leave in just a few days to return to Hong Kong to teach at the RBTC there as well as to continue working on voiceover recordings for the online program we are developing. I will also be helping to administrate at the school while the directors are away ministering in Indonesia. It will be wonderful to see all the students again and to experience their growth since I was there for the start of the school year in September. I expect good reports to share!

What I am especially stirred about right now, however, are the opportunities coming up in these next few days. While I was in Hong Kong in September, my friend Pastor Julie House in Door County, Wisconsin e-mailed me to say she had been praying for me and my ministry. In the midst, God laid it on her heart that the time was right for another outreach to the young women in their local Jr. High and High Schools, and at His direction she asked me to come back to share again at Door of Life Church. We will be gathering for two events, Sunday night at the church and then again on Monday afternoon for a more casual yet intimate gathering with the girls at the pastors' home.
We have been praying and preparing for this for a number of weeks now, and know that God the Father has a plan to minister life and love to these precious young women. As I spoke to the local school’s counselor last week, she shared that many of the students she sees are struggling with self-injury and low self-worth. But Jesus shed His blood so that these girls don't have to! I know that God’s love, His Word, and His precious presence will make a life-changing impact on those who come these next two days. Join with us in believing that those who God draws to these times with Him will not leave the same!
