I will be here in Asia for three weeks on this trip to help with the graduation celebration for our current students as well as to help facilitate the arrival of another group of pastors in another city for some special teaching and training. I will not be teaching on this trip as the focus is video taping courses being taught in the native language here. What I will be helping with, however, is working with a local person to do voice-over work on some video teachings by Kenneth E. Hagin, likely his class on "Believer's Authority".
Upon my return to the States, I will have a quick turn-around of three days before making another road-trip, first a quick visit to Michigan for my Uncle's 70th birthday and then on to Brevard, NC to be part of a Women's Conference. Spoken Word Church is hosting the event being done in partnership with McKinney International, and the theme is "Christmas in October: Unwrapping the Gifts". We'll be focusing on recognizing, valuing, developing and using the gifts God has uniquely put into each of us. I'm also excited that my niece will be traveling with me on this trip to North Carolina. It will be the first time any of my family have heard me share in person.
For now, my focus is on Asia. While this trip and my next one being planned for later this year both have a practical ministry verses pulpit ministry focus, ultimately lives will be touched and impacted as a result and, as always, divine one-on-one opportunities are a part of every trip I take as well. Ministry is serving and being a minister is being a servant. No matter what that may look like in different places and different seasons, I delight to do His will...
